Catherine Latham

Catherine Latham currently serves as the Head of Programme Delivery for both the Piccadilly Line Upgrade and the Four Lines Modernisation at Transport for London, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this, Catherine was the Head of Trials, Testing & Commissioning and Programme Manager (Testing & Commissioning) at Crossrail Ltd from August 2019 to May 2022. Catherine's extensive experience at Transport for London began in September 2004, during which period roles included Programme Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Graduate Trainee. Catherine holds a BA(Hons) in Economics from the University of Exeter, completed between 2001 and 2004.
