Joe Brown

Joe Brown is a seasoned professional in the transport industry with extensive experience in leadership and strategic management. As the Founder of 'Journey,' an LGBTQ+ network in transport since March 2023, Joe has demonstrated a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. At Transport for London, Joe has held various roles since November 1997, including Strategic Delivery & Change Manager and Executive Officer, working closely with senior leadership. Additionally, Joe serves as Chair of the OUTbound LGBTQ+ Employee Network Group and has a background in train operations management, overseeing a large team of train drivers and managers to ensure exceptional customer service. Joe's educational background includes A levels in Biology, Geography, and Chemistry from Richmond upon Thames College and earlier education at Latymer Upper School.
