John Colgan

John Colgan has extensive experience in the transport sector, currently serving as the Electric Vehicle Charging Operations Manager at Transport for London since June 2015, with previous roles including Business Development & Contracts Manager, Demand Responsive Bus Trial Manager, Business Strategy Manager, and Senior Analyst. Prior to this, John worked as a Project Analyst at the Cabinet Office from September 2013 to June 2015 and taught English and History at the New Cambridge Institute from 2011 to 2013. Earlier career phases include positions at Transport for London as Project Development Manager and Service Delivery & Development Graduate from 2007 to 2011. John Colgan holds a Master’s degree in Modern History & Politics from the University of Oxford, a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from King's College London, and a PGCE in Post-Compulsory ESOL from UCL.
