Lucy Partington

Lucy Partington has a diverse work experience in various marketing and account management roles. Lucy started their career as an Account Manager/Planning Intern at VCCP me (formerly SFW) in 2011. Lucy then worked as an Account Executive at Wunderman UK from August 2012 to March 2014, followed by an Account Manager role at the same company from April 2014 to December 2014.

In 2015, Lucy joined M&C Saatchi London where they worked as an Account Manager from January 2015 to June 2015, followed by a promotion to Senior Account Manager from July 2015 to January 2018. Lucy then took on the role of Account Director from February 2018 to January 2019.

Following their time at M&C Saatchi London, Lucy joined Havas Lynx Group in January 2019 as an Account Director and worked there until January 2020.

Currently, Lucy is working at Transport for London. Lucy started as a Customer Marketing & Behaviour Change Manager in February 2020 and was later promoted to Road User Charging Marketing Lead from May 2022 to September 2023. As of their most recent role, they hold the position of Customer Marketing & Behaviour Change Lead, starting from October 2023.
