Monica Cooney

Monica Cooney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR and leadership positions. Monica began their career as an HR Services Advisor at the Medical Research Council in 2003. Monica then worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Imperial College in 2005. Monica joined Transport for London in 2005 and held multiple positions such as HR Service Advisor, Customer Delivery Team Leader, Knowledge Transfer Lead, Redeployment Manager, and HR Services Team Manager. Monica later transitioned to the role of Change Manager and then HR Business Partner at Transport for London. Monica's most recent role was as the Head of Control Centre Operations at the Network Management Control Centre. Their responsibilities included managing control centre operations, leading resilience and partnerships, and managing people.

Monica Cooney completed their education from 2000 to 2004 at Solent University, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management. Monica also completed their A Levels and GCSEs during this time.
