Monirul Islam

Monirul Islam is a highly experienced engineering professional with a specialization in design and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Lead Design Engineer at Transport for London since August 2011, Monirul has previously worked in various roles including Parking Design Engineer at Newham Council and Monitoring Officer at Transport for London. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Consultant at COLIN BUCHANAN AND PARTNERS LIMITED and Graduate Site Engineer at Alfred McAlpine. Monirul holds a BEng Hons in Civil Engineering from the University of East London, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2003, and completed GCSEs at George Green School from 1991 to 1996.
