Tricia Wright

Tricia Wright has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Tricia started their career as a Personnel Trainee at Britih Rail in 1989 and then worked as a Corporate Development Manager at Eastern Infrastructure from 1994 to 1996. Tricia later served as an HR Manager at BurgerKing from 1997 to 2000. In 2003, they joined Eurostar as an HR Director for a year. Tricia then became the Area Director and HR Director at Northern Rail Ltd from 2005 to 2008. Tricia transitioned to Transport for London (TfL) in 2008 and held various positions including HR Director for TfL and London Underground, as well as Group Human Resources Director. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at TfL, responsible for ensuring safe and reliable transportation for millions of people in London.

Tricia Wright obtained a BA Hons in Modern Languages and European Studies from Solent University and also from La Sainte Union College of Higher Education, completing their education between 1985 and 1988.
