Udoka Madueke

Udoka Madueke is an experienced professional in operational readiness and project management, currently serving as the Interim Head of Maintenance Readiness at Transport for London since July 2021, with previous roles including Senior Readiness Manager for the London Underground and Powers & Consents Team Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Policy & Commercial CMC Critical Freight Taskforce at the Department for Transport and a lengthy tenure at Transport for London, where responsibilities included managing consent for significant projects and leading the delivery of the Cycle Superhighways initiative. Early career experience includes project management at NFT Distribution, enhancing transport logistics, and Global Inspection Services, overseeing a major IT deployment project. Udoka holds an MSc in Transport with Sustainable Development from Imperial College London and a BSc in Computer Science with Statistics from the Federal University of Technology Minna.
