Carolyn Bacchus

Carolyn Bacchus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors, including government and digital transformation. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Enterprise Transformation and Change at Transport for NSW since May 2025, Carolyn previously held roles such as Program Director at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, where innovative digital projects to enhance customer experience were led from April 2022 to May 2025. With a strong background in managing high-value projects, including a $110 million Courts and Tribunals Delivery Program and an $8.1 million cyber security initiative at Sydney Water, Carolyn has demonstrated expertise in driving operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes significant positions at Affinion and Travelex, focusing on product development and digital strategy, along with an educational foundation in Information Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
