Dimitra Papadolias

Dimitra Papadolias is an experienced professional with a strong background in people services, organisational effectiveness, and learning and development, currently serving as the Director of People Services & Technology at Transport for NSW since May 2011. Dimitra's expertise includes various leadership roles within Transport for NSW, such as A/Director Learning & Development and Director People & Culture. Prior experience includes working as an Organisational Psychologist for the NSW Public Service Commission and holding senior human resources positions at RailCorp. Dimitra's educational qualifications consist of a Master of Psychology (Organisational) (Honours) from UNSW, alongside Bachelor degrees in Arts (Psychology & Education) from the University of Sydney and in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Western Sydney (Macarthur).
