Howard Collins

Howard Collins, OBE, is a prominent figure in transport management with extensive experience in various leadership roles within Transport for New South Wales since 2013. Currently serving as Coordinator General since February 2020, Collins oversees daily operations across Roads, Public Transport contracts, and Maritime services statewide. Previous roles include Chief Operations Officer for Greater Sydney and Acting Secretary, as well as contributions to the Sydney Metro Board and the TrackSAFE Foundation. An experienced leader, Collins has held significant positions in organizations such as Rail Corp, NSW TrainLink, and the London Transport Museum, complemented by an MBA from the University of Westminster.
