Linda Son

Linda Son is an experienced professional in change management and legal consulting, currently serving as a Senior Change Manager and Change Practice Lead at Transport for NSW since February 2022. Prior to this role, Linda worked at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice as a Change Manager for the Digital Reform Program and held various positions at Capgemini Invent, progressing from Associate Consultant to Lead Consultant in the People and Organisation practice. Linda's legal background includes serving as a Junior Solicitor at O'Brien Criminal and Civil Solicitors and completing a Law Clerk Volunteer position at the Aboriginal Legal Service. Additionally, Linda gained international experience through internships related to human rights education and legal processes in Cambodia. Linda holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts in International and Intercultural Communication from Macquarie University.
