Nikhil Dayal

Nikhil Dayal is a seasoned data governance specialist currently working at Transport for NSW since June 2024. Previously, Nikhil served as a manager at Alpha FMC from April 2022 to May 2024, where expertise was provided to asset and wealth management clients in establishing data management and governance practices. Prior to that, Nikhil was a senior governance specialist at the Australian Energy Market Operator from December 2020 to April 2022, focusing on implementing a data governance framework and tool. Nikhil also held the position of data governance consultant at Equifax from June 2019 to December 2020, overseeing governance projects related to data retention and privacy. Nikhil's extensive experience began as a data steward at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where responsibilities included managing securities and market data for over 14 years. Nikhil holds a Master of Business Economics from Apeejay School of Management and a Bachelor of Computer Application from Indraprastha University.
