Paul Howard

Paul Howard is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in leading and supporting major projects across various sectors. Currently at Transport for NSW since September 2021, Paul Howard contributes to the IT Asset Sustainability program and the Cloud Transformation program, notably developing critical business requirements for the Rail Emergency Management system and creating the business case for the Cloud Transformation Program. Previous roles include support for the Commonwealth Bank remediation project at Accenture, project work for ARTC on the Inland Rail property management system, and a significant transformation program for the NSW Department of Communities & Justice. Paul Howard has also worked with the NSW Department of Planning and Environment on human resource programs, contributed to business transformation at the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, and played a key role in digitization efforts at the Commonwealth Bank. Paul Howard holds a Bachelor of Economics degree.
