Pooja Katoch

Pooja Katoch is a seasoned professional in workforce strategy and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager, Workforce Strategy at Transport for NSW since April 2022. Prior to this role, Pooja held the position of Acting Director People & Culture at FAR WEST LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT for a brief period in early 2022. Pooja’s extensive experience includes a significant tenure at HealthShare NSW, where responsibilities encompassed Workforce Planning, Talent & Employee Governance Management, spanning nearly nine years. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Manager positions at Fast Future Brands and Kumon, as well as various HR positions at Campus Living Villages and Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. Pooja holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resources Management from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Western Sydney University.
