Rachel A. Reese is a seasoned professional in change management and workplace strategy, currently serving as a Senior Change Manager at Transport for NSW since June 2023. Previously, Rachel held the position of Experience Strategist at Gensler and Design Strategist at Hassell, emphasizing the importance of impactful experiences in design.
