Jorge Oliva Ramos

Jorge Oliva Ramos is an experienced data professional with a diverse background in customer data modeling, business intelligence, and information technology consulting. Currently serving as a Customer Data Modeller at Transport for Wales since June 2022, Jorge has held multiple roles in analytics and modeling. Between January 2016 and May 2022, Jorge provided consultancy on digital transformation strategies, incorporating AI into image analysis systems. As a co-founder and Product Owner at GCI Systems from May 2012 to December 2015, Jorge developed internationalization processes and directed projects related to image recognition in the retail sector. Jorge also co-founded Veo Systems, serving as Chief Technology Officer, focusing on technology solutions in retail to optimize business performance. Previous roles include Senior Software Programmer at Win Systems Intl and Software Programmer at New Gen, working on management projects for casinos and important client accounts. Jorge is currently pursuing a BSc (Honours) in Data Science and a Bachelor of Applied Data Science, augmenting a solid educational foundation in information technology.
