Muhanna Alharbi

Muhanna Alharbi currently serves as a Program Manager at the Transport General Authority since February 2023. Previously, Muhanna held the position of Business Development Lead Specialist at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority from August 2022 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading digital transformation and project management. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Owner at Elm Company, managing product strategy and backlog, and various roles at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah from January 2016 to June 2021, including Full Stack Developer, Application Support Team Lead, and Application Support Engineer. Muhanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from King AbdulAziz University and completed a Nanodegree in Digital Transformation and Data Science for Business Leaders from Udacity in December 2022.
