Yousef al Dossary

Yousef Al Dossary is an experienced professional in the maritime and supply chain sectors, currently serving as the General Manager for Maritime Environment & Safety at the Transport General Authority since August 2022 and as a Board Member at the National Maritime Academy since December 2023. With a robust background at SABIC from 2014 to 2022, Yousef held various titles including Senior Manager Global Supply Chain EHSS and Global Head SC | EHSS | Sustainability, overseeing safety, health, environment, and quality for the Polymers Strategic Business Unit. Additionally, Yousef contributed to the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association as Chairman of the Gulf SQAS Committee and led initiatives for Dangerous Goods Road Transportation. Early experience includes roles at the Methanol Institute, Aramco, and Bahri, complemented by an educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Marine Engineering from esteemed institutions, alongside occupational safety certifications.
