Zainab Abdulrahman

Zainab Abdulrahman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations within the public and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at the Transport General Authority since June 2020, Zainab previously held the role of Customer Service at Saudi Electricity Company from October 2016 to May 2020, where key responsibilities included managing client inquiries and addressing issues related to billing and thermal insulation compliance. Zainab holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, a diploma in Banking and Investment from Abha Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.
