Angley Yvonne

Angley Yvonne has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in the field. Angley began their career in 2002 as the Head of Human Resources for the Railway Procurement Agency (RPA). In this role, they were responsible for establishing and managing the HR function, developing policies and procedures, managing pension schemes, improving staff benefits, and overseeing training and development initiatives. Angley also played a key role in recruitment and resource allocation and implemented a voluntary redundancy program.
