Hamid Foroughi

Hamid Foroughi is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as the Head of Public Transport New Scheme Planning at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since August 2000. Previously, Hamid held the position of Project Engineer at Laing O'Rourke from August 1989 to February 1999 and served as Section Engineer Manager at GTM from January 1993 to August 1995. Hamid Foroughi earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from City, University of London between 1992 and 1994.
