Kelly McCarthy

Kelly McCarthy is a Senior Transport Planner at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since June 2019, specializing in the coordination of the inter-agency Road Safety Camera Strategy Working Group and impact evaluations of TII-funded bypasses.
