Mary Bowe is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in civil engineering and project management. Since October 2005, Mary has served as the Regional Manager for the South-East Region at Transport Infrastructure Ireland, overseeing all National Road Schemes and acting as the Authority's Representative for the N25 New Ross Bypass PPP Scheme. Prior to this role, Mary worked as a Senior Executive Engineer at the Tramore House Regional Design Office and as an Assistant Engineer at Wexford County Council. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin, a Diploma in French from The Open University, and a Diploma in Project Management from The Project Management Institute.
