Phil O'Donaghue

Phil O'Donaghue is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Project Engineer for MetroLink Advance Works at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since May 2013. With a background that includes roles such as Network Management Engineer and Site Engineer for the Luas Cross City project at the Railway Procurement Agency, Phil has a robust foundation in managing complex transportation projects. Previous positions include Senior Structural/Civil Technician at Collen Construction and P H McCarthy Consulting Engineers, as well as earlier roles in the field of civil engineering. Phil holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Road Engineering and Design from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and a BEng (Hons) in Engineering from Technological University Dublin.
