Robert Desmond

Robert Desmond has extensive experience in the legal and procurement sectors, currently serving as the Head of PPP Procurement & Finance and In-House Counsel at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since January 2018. Prior to this role, Robert was a Senior Associate at ByrneWallace from January 2012 to January 2018. Educational credentials include an Advanced Diploma in Public Procurement from The Honorable Society of King's Inns (2018-2019), a Certificate in Compliance & Funds, and a Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing from the Law Society of Ireland (2011 and 2006 respectively), as well as a Solicitor qualification obtained from the Law Society of Ireland (2003-2006). Robert holds an LLB in Law from the University of Limerick (1998-2002).
