Rodney McGee Jr.

Rodney McGee Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rodney is currently working as the Director of Operations at Bridgeway since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Recruiting at the same company from December 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Bridgeway, Rodney worked at JLE Industries as an Account Manager from October 2018 to October 2021. Rodney also worked at FSA Logistix Inc. as a Location Manager from September 2017 to October 2018.

Rodney's earlier roles include Sales and Service Manager at Central Transport from July 2013 to September 2017, Director at Falcon Transportation in 2012, Site Manager at Capstone Logistics, LLC from October 2011 to August 2012, and Sales and Service Manager at Central Transport from June 2010 to October 2011.

In the beginning of their career, Rodney worked at R+L Carriers as a Dispatcher/Supervisor from October 2006 to June 2010, and at FedEx Ground in various managerial roles such as Senior Manager, Operations Manager, and Service Manager from November 2001 to August 2006.

Rodney also had a brief stint as a Counselor/Teacher at Summit Academy from August 2000 to December 2001.
