Mason Stooksbury has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mason is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Transport4 since April 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at SAIC from 2018 to April 2022, including Senior Software Engineer with the Insane Cloud Posse, Cloud Engineer with the Insane Cloud Posse, and Frontend Team Lead. Mason also worked as a Fullstack Software Engineer at SAIC from 2018 to 2020.
Before joining SAIC, Mason worked as a Server at Olive Garden from 2016 to 2018. Mason also gained experience as a Software Developer at Tennessee State Parks Conservancy from 2017 to 2018, where they worked on a project benefiting park rangers and visitors. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Associate and Freight Team Member at Staples in 2015, where they were responsible for training new team members and solving customer issues.
Mason's earlier work experience includes an internship as a Field Engineer/Application Developer at W. Scott Williams and Associates in 2014, where they worked on land surveying and topological surveying projects. Mason also worked as a Sales Associate, Cashier, and Bagger at Food City / KVAT Foods Inc. from 2012 to 2014, where they handled various tasks such as customer service, money-handling, and ensuring the store's safety. Overall, Mason has a strong background in software engineering and experience in customer service roles.
Mason Stooksbury obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University. Mason attended the university from 2013 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications. In September 2018, they obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA. In October 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon. Most recently, in September 2021, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft.
