Andrea Jacobson

Andrea Jacobson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy and budget management. Currently serving as the RAISE Grants Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Transportation since January 2018, Andrea has also held the position of Senior Budget Analyst. Previous roles include Business Owner and Photographer at The Observatory, LLC, and Independent Consultant for the Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator at the US Department of State, where Andrea developed a detailed spending plan for a $10 million budget. Additional experience encompasses positions as Senior Advisor at the National Academy of Public Administration, Program Examiner at the Office of Management and Budget, and Presidential Management Fellow at the Public Building Service, General Services Administration. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Mount Holyoke College.
