Bill O'Leary

Bill O'Leary has extensive experience in transportation safety and law enforcement. Currently, Bill serves at the US Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in Washington, DC, a role held since September 2009. Prior to this position, Bill worked in Airport Operations at JetBlue Airways for two years and spent nearly three decades with the Vermont State Police, retiring as a Lieutenant and Commander of Traffic Operations. Bill's career began as an Officer with Barnstable Police Department in 1977. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Westfield State University, obtained between 1975 and 1978.
