Cyrell R. McLemore

Cyrell R. McLemore, PMP, TSSP, serves as a Senior Inspection Specialist at the U.S. Department of Transportation since August 2003, focusing on transportation safety inspection activities, project management, and safety oversight. Previously, Cyrell held the position of Regional Safety Officer, providing compliance oversight and technical assistance related to safety rules for transit stakeholders. Additionally, Cyrell worked as a General Engineer, managing FTA New Start projects and offering technical support to State DOTs and transit agencies. Prior to the U.S. Department of Transportation, Cyrell was a Project Manager at the Illinois Department of Transportation, involved in multi-modal transit improvement projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University and leadership training from the Center for Leadership & Management.
