Erin D. Hendrixson

Erin D. Hendrixson is a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Transportation since January 2023, currently serving in the Office of the Secretary, Office of the General Counsel, and Office of Litigation and Enforcement. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Attorney Advisor for the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration from November 2015 to January 2023 and as an Associate at Carr Maloney PC between January 2013 and November 2015. Erin also held the position of Judicial Law Clerk at Arlington County from August 2011 to December 2012 and worked as a Paralegal at Crowell & Moring LLP from July 2006 to July 2008. Erin holds a JD, Cum Laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law (2011) and a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia (2006).
