Jacques Singleton

Jacques Singleton is currently serving as the Associate Director at the U.S. Department of Transportation, focusing on the Transportation Operation Center. They have previously held roles such as Deputy Associate Director of Current Operations at the same department and Incident Management Officer at U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Throughout their career, Jacques has gained extensive experience in program management, including positions at FEMA and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, as well as serving as a Senior Inspector at the Virginia Department of Transportation. Jacques earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from the University of Maryland University College from 1981 to 1984.
