Bryan Rueger

Bryan Rueger has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Bryan started their career as a professional baseball player for the New York Yankees from June 2005 to March 2007. Afterward, they worked as a Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiter at The Mergis Group, a Randstad Company, overseeing national recruiters across multiple locations from February 2009 to February 2012. From February 2012 to August 2013, Bryan took on managerial roles at Charter Schools USA, overseeing talent acquisition and development initiatives. Bryan then became the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development from September 2013 to September 2014 and later the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Development from October 2014 to September 2015. In July 2020, Bryan joined Transportation Insight, initially serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, where they created and implemented training programs and developed recruiting strategies. Bryan later became the VP of Organizational Development and Human Resources, responsible for talent management, performance management, and workforce compliance. Currently, Bryan is the SVP, People at Transportation Insight Holding Company, managing the company's multi-modal logistics services through their proprietary digital platform.
