David Phillips

David Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain strategy and logistics, currently serving as the Senior Director of Solutions at Transportation Insight since July 2014. In this role, David leads a team of Solutions Engineers focused on enhancing supply chain strategies for new prospects and existing clients, assessing logistics needs, identifying pain points, and developing tailored solutions across various transportation modes. Prior to this leadership position, David held roles ranging from Senior Manager to Solutions Engineer, consistently aiming to foster long-term partnerships through an in-depth understanding of client goals. David's foundational experience includes roles in client operations and logistics analysis, reinforcing a commitment to improving client efficiency and reducing costs. David earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, which further complements a background that also includes experience in online streaming for the University's athletics department.
