Cindy Amos began their career in 1998 at Century 21 New Millennium as a Transaction Coordinator, where they ensured accurate reconciliation of sales reports and helped manage annual awards. From 1999-2006, they worked at MOAA as a Development Officer, successfully administering a fundraising program for a $25 million Scholarship Fund and raising over $7 million. Since 2006, they have been with the Transportation Intermediaries Association as the Vice President of Meetings & Education, overseeing operational leadership of conferences, strategic planning for educational needs, and managing budgets.

Cindy Amos earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Management from the University of North Georgia. Cindy attended the university from 1981 to 1985.
