Haitham Hakeem, PE, PEng, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in post-tensioning and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Field Engineer at Transportation Investment Corporation since July 2022, Haitham's previous roles include Senior Project Engineer on the Valley Line West LRT Project with Marigold Infrastructure Partners, Bridge Quality Manager for the Gordie Howe International Bridge at Aecon Group, and Senior Post-Tensioning Engineer on the Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement Project with Shimmick/AECOM. Additional expertise encompasses significant projects such as the Port Mann Bridge, Canada Line Rapid Transit, and the Evergreen Rapid Transit Project. With a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology, Haitham has consistently demonstrated leadership and technical excellence throughout a diverse career spanning over four decades.
