James Harvey KC serves as the General Counsel and VP of Infrastructure at the Transportation Investment Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Associate Deputy Minister for Competitiveness and Investment with the Government of British Columbia from July 2020 to April 2022. Additionally, James was the Assistant Deputy Attorney General for the Province of British Columbia from June 2016 to June 2020.
