Phoebe Cheung

Phoebe Cheung has extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Phoebe currently serves as the Director, Integration on the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project at Transportation Investment Corporation. In this role, they are responsible for engagement strategies, issues management, and communications strategies to ensure project success.

Prior to this, Phoebe worked at TransLink, where they held various positions, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Manager on the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project. In these roles, they collaborated with various stakeholders to meet project requirements and led a multi-disciplinary team to advance project design and meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements. Phoebe also played a key role in developing a comprehensive Regional Goods Movement Strategy and managed the Roberts Bank Trade Area Study.

Phoebe also has experience at SNC Lavalin Inc. as a Project Manager in the Transportation Division, and at the University of Hong Kong as the Manager of the Centre for Asian Business Cases. Additionally, they worked as a Management Consultant at Monitor Group.

From 1995 to 1998, Phoebe Cheung attended The University of British Columbia, where they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Transportation.
