David has held leadership roles in companies such as TMS Global, Baltimore County Public Schools, and Arlington Public Schools. David has also been involved in managing transportation programs for major events like the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games and the London 2012 Olympics. With a degree in Physical Education & Human Movement and a Masters Honorary in Sport, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the transportation industry.
