Electrical Engineering Technician at TRANSPORTATION RESEARCH CENTER INC

Chris Martin's work experience begins in 2010 at the Center for Surface Combat Systems Detachment Pearl Harbor, where they worked as an Instructor and Master Training Specialist. Chris'sresponsibilities included providing combat ready teams and improving readiness through innovations.

In 2014, Chris Martin became a Maintenance Supervisor at USS Laboon DDG-58. Chris managed daily operations of 3 work centers and directed maintenance personnel in performing preventive and corrective maintenance actions.

Chris then worked as a Quality Inspector at Stratosphere Quality in 2015, where they performed quality assurance efforts on automobile parts for Honda of America.

Chris Martin also has experience in Electrical Engineering. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at The Ohio State University, and in 2017, they became an Electrical Engineering Technician at Transportation Research Center Inc. In this role, they conducted various electrical test procedures on prototype components in current and future production model vehicles. Testing included durability, endurance, and compliance in various environmental conditions.

Chris Martin obtained an Associate of Arts / Electrical Engineering Pre-Major degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ECPI University. In addition to their degrees, Chris also holds a Master Training Specialist certification from the Chief of Naval Education and Training, which they obtained in May 2013.
