David Karls

David Karls has a diverse work experience in engineering. David worked as a Project Engineer/Manager at Transportation Research Center Inc. from March 2015. David'sresponsibilities included initial customer contact, budget creation, and proposal preparation. Prior to this role, David was a Mechanical Engineer at Capintec, Inc. from April 2011 to November 2014. David led a project to redesign the Thyroid Uptake System, reducing parts content and assembly time while adding requested features. David also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Archos LLC from June 2009 to March 2011. In this role, they supported manufacturing operations, designed molds and equipment, and implemented product improvements based on customer feedback.

David Karls completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, from 2006 to 2010. Following their degree, they obtained the certification of Engineer in Training from the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs in June 2010.
