Geneviève Dubé

Geneviève Dubé, Ph.D., serves as a Senior Human Performance Investigator at the Transportation Safety Board of Canada since October 2019. Previously, Geneviève was a Human System Integration Consultant at CAE Inc. from January 2015 to October 2019, contributing to military, industrial, and commercial projects through comprehensive human factors analyses. Geneviève's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Applied Cognitive Psychology from Université Laval, where research focuses on team cognition and crisis management systems. Additional experience encompasses roles as a research assistant, intern in human factors, and consultant in human factors, complemented by hands-on clinical experience as a respiratory therapist. Geneviève's work demonstrates a strong emphasis on usability testing, workflow analysis, and user-centered design methodologies.
