Mohan Raman

Mohan Raman PMP has extensive experience in marine safety and operations, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager-Investigations at the Transportation Safety Board of Canada since December 2011, where responsibilities include investigating marine accidents. Prior to this role, Mohan held the position of Senior Marine Inspector at Transport Canada, focusing on vessel inspections under the Canada Shipping Act 2001 from July 2009 to December 2011. Mohan's background includes project management and engineering roles at BC Ferries, Barber Ship Management LTD Inc., and The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd., where expertise in marine engineering and project oversight was developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the University of Victoria.
