Nicholas Dee

Nicholas Dee is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in client services and food service coordination. Currently serving as the Manager, Operations at Transports Global since June 2022, Nicholas has previously held the position of Client Services Coordinator. At Zarlengo’s Italian Ice and Gelato, from April 2017 to January 2022, Nicholas oversaw daily operations, implemented efficient ordering processes during the Covid-19 pandemic, and managed a team of up to 15 employees while ensuring safety procedures. Additional experience includes a practicum course with NASCAR and FOX Sports, internship roles in hospitality and stadium operations with Windy City ThunderBolts, and promotional event development with the Chicago Wolves. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa, complemented by a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management.
