Mireia Clua Serres

Mireia Clua Serres has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mireia is currently the Socio y CEO en KWAN Barcelona at Kwan Barcelona, where they utilize their expertise in mobility, project management, process improvement, and organizational transformation to help companies improve and adapt in a competitive environment. Prior to this, they held various roles at Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB), including HR Director TMB, HR Director Metro Barcelona TMB, and Head of Engineering Metro de Barcelona, where they were responsible for strategic planning, talent management, employee journey mapping, and cultural transformation. Mireia also worked at CSC as a Gerente and SAP Project Manager, and at ICT Institut catala de tecnologia as a student, where they focused on technical training and quality management.

Mireia Clua Serres completed their EGB degree at Escola Reina Elisenda. Mireia then pursued a BUP COU degree at both CIC batxillerats and Thau. Following that, they attended Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they obtained a degree in Ingenieria (ETSEIB). Later on, they completed a Basics of Supply Chain Management course at IISCM-Institute for Integrated Supply Chain Management | APICS | CSCP|CLTD|ASCM Certification. Finally, they participated in the Diploma Programme for managers of public transport at UITP International association public transport in 2012-2013.
