Sarah E. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and business analysis, currently serving as the Capability and Capital Planning Manager at Transpower New Zealand since September 2025. Previously, Sarah held positions such as Principal - Enterprise Design at Stats NZ and Manager - Strategy and System Design at the Ministry for Primary Industries. With a robust background at the Tertiary Education Commission in various roles, including Experience Lead and Business Analysis Practice Lead, Sarah has developed expertise in product and service design, business requirements, and process design. An alumni of Victoria University of Wellington, Sarah earned a Master of Commerce in Information Systems with Distinction and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Kaitiakitanga / Māori Resource Management. Sarah’s earlier career includes significant contributions as a Business Analyst across multiple organizations, including KiwiRail and Inland Revenue New Zealand.
