Madhulika Tiwari

Madhulika Tiwari serves as the Assistant General Manager-Legal at Transrail Lighting Limited since August 2023, previously holding the position of Chief Manager-Legal. With extensive experience in the legal field, Madhulika has worked as Legal Counsel for South Asia at Align Technology and as Legal Lead at Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd., among other roles in various companies. Madhulika's expertise encompasses international contracts, litigation, arbitration, and advisory services. A notable part of Madhulika's career includes drafting and vetting various commercial contracts at KEC International Ltd. and handling litigation across India at Birla Sun Life Insurance. Madhulika began the legal career as an Associate at Singhania & Co. and holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai, and is currently pursuing a Senior Management Program in Organizational Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
