Allison Giles

Allison Giles is an accomplished insurance professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President at TransRe since October 2023. Prior to this role, Allison worked as a Senior Underwriter in Casualty Facultative Reinsurance at Markel Global Reinsurance from November 2021 to October 2023 and as a Casualty Facultative Underwriter at Gen Re from April 2016 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Placement Specialist at Risk Placement Services, Inc. from August 2012 to March 2016, and several internships including a Corporate Communications Internship at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and involvement in various projects related to public relations and organizational communication. Allison holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising from Grand Valley State University. Through participation in the Arthur J. Gallagher Global Work Exchange Program, Allison gained valuable insights into the London insurance market.
