Paul has held various roles in different companies, including TRANSATLANTIC REINSURANCE COMPANY, TRANSRE, Fortress Investment Group, TD Ameritrade, GAIN Capital Group / FOREX.com, DebtTrader, GAINCapital, and OAO Corporation.

In their most recent role as VP, IT - DevOps/Cloud Service Manager at TRANSATLANTIC REINSURANCE COMPANY, Paul C. led engineering teams in the development and execution of a Software Defined Datacenter and executed a hybrid cloud strategy. Paul also improved cloud adoption by empowering users and creating cloud citizens.

Prior to that, at TRANSRE, Paul C. worked as a DevOps/Cloud Service Manager, where they continued to oversee cloud services and transformations.

At Fortress Investment Group, Paul C. served as VP, IT Infrastructure / IT Change Manager. Paul built and managed a DevOps team and was responsible for managing and supporting business application servers and services. Paul also played a key role in scoping, architecture, and design of new infrastructure to support business application projects.

Before that, Paul C. worked as a Consultant, Engineering at TD Ameritrade, where they led projects related to messaging and provided advice and direction to users and management.

Paul also held roles such as Director, IT Infrastructure at GAIN Capital Group / FOREX.com, VP of Technology at DebtTrader, Manager at GAINCapital, and Sr. System Analyst at OAO Corporation.

Throughout their career, Paul C. has demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure management, cloud services, DevOps, and implementing new technologies for business applications. Paul has also been involved in developing IT strategies and managing IT operations.

Paul C. completed their master's degree in Management Information Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained several certifications related to Microsoft products and services from LinkedIn and other institutions. Between December 2020 and May 2022, they acquired certifications in various areas such as leadership communications, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), business automation with Microsoft Flow, Power Virtual Agents, Microsoft Power Apps, container-based applications development with Visual Studio and Azure, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, and DevOps.
